These terms govern your use of Medvo, LLC ("Medvo," "Medvo Health," "we," "us") services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Medvo reviews medical bills to identify potential errors and, if you choose, contacts healthcare providers on your behalf to seek corrections or reductions. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice.
Bill Review Service
You may upload medical bills and related documents for our review at no charge. We will analyze your documents and provide our findings. You are not obligated to take any action based on our review.
Error Resolution Service
If we identify potential errors and you would like us to contact providers on your behalf, you must sign an authorization form permitting us to do so. This is a paid service.
Fees: Before we begin work on your case, we will provide you with our fee structure for that case. You will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees before proceeding. We will not charge you without your prior agreement.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We cannot guarantee any particular result. Medical billing is complex, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including provider policies, billing department decisions, and the specific circumstances of your care.
Provider actions are outside our control. When we contact a provider on your behalf, the provider may review your account. In rare cases, this review could result in additional charges being identified. By using our resolution service, you acknowledge this risk. Medvo is not responsible for any charges, adjustments, or other actions taken by healthcare providers or insurance companies.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Upload only documents related to your own medical bills (or bills you are legally authorized to manage, such as for a minor child)
Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
Pay invoiced fees within 30 days
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medvo's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost savings, additional charges from providers, or other financial losses.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about our services, please contact us at hello@medvohealth.com. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
